Meet Greg Collier

Massage Therapist

I’m Greg Collier of “In Touch Therapeutic Massage”.  I started as a Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Therapist over 25 years ago.  Six years ago,  I decided to go back to school and get my Massage License.  As a trainer I wanted to have that extra edge to provide my clients with the assurance that the person they were trusting their fitness goals to could also understand muscle science. I am able to design a program that addresses both their fitness goals and injury concerns.  I truly enjoy helping people through my God given ability to do massages. I’m versed in several of the massage modalities such as, Swedish, Trigger Point, Cupping, Thai , Prenatal and Deep Tissue.  By far, the number one enjoyment I receive from therapeutic body work,  is helping bring pain relief and stress reduction one session at a time.

I look forward to working with anyone seeking  relief from pain, mobility, or relaxation.

Meet Rebecca

Registered Yoga Teacher

Meet our new yoga teacher!

Rebecca received her undergraduate degree in Trombone Performance (BA) from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Masters in Music (M.M) degree from Arizona State University. During her graduate studies, she completed multiple yoga trainings with CorePower Yoga. These trainings include: Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training, RYT-200hr Power Yoga Teacher Training, Hot Power Fusion Intensive Training, and Yin Yoga Intensive training. Since then, she has taught these multiple yoga styles in the studio, outside, and online. In June 2020, Rebecca also completed an advanced 20hr Stability & Mobility Teaching Training with renowned yoga teachers, Calvin Corzine and Tiffany Russo.

At the rise of our world’s pandemic, Rebecca felt the essential need for providing a strong yoga practice to others, even if it had to be at a distance. She took action in creating an online-teaching platform and has since been teaching yoga on Instagram Live and Zoom as Grounded Vibrations Yoga.

Rebecca became a Yogi in her recent adult years, but has been a musician all her life. Throughout her studies, Rebecca has performed around the world, such as in the Pacific Region International Summer Music Academy (PRISMA), and the Lätzsch Trombone Festival in Heek, Germany. Rebecca enjoys devoting time to various freelance and performative work; one of these opportunities included recording with CMG Music Recording Studios for electronic producer/composer, Deadmau5, for his album “where’s the drop?”, followed by a live performance of this collaboration at the Los Angeles Wiltern Theater in 2019. Rebecca wishes to continue as a freelance musician and become more involved with studio recording work.

Rebecca discovered yoga as a healing practice for a weightlifting-induced back injury. Not only did yoga provide recovery, but she fell in love with the way this practice made her feel present and grounded after every class. Since then, Rebecca has enjoyed providing the same experience to her students.
